AVAILABILITY
Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative. APPLICABILITY Applicable to residential consumers for residential uses. TYPE OF SERVICE Single-phase, 60 cycles, at available secondary voltage. MONTHLY RATE I. Distribution Delivery Charges: Facilities Charges:

MINIMUM DISTRIBUTION DELIVERY CHARGE The minimum monthly distribution delivery charge shall be the facilities charge. The minimum may be increased under the Area Coverage Policy and as agreed to by contract with the member. TERMS OF PAYMENT a) The above rates are net, the gross being five percent (5%) higher. In the event the current bill is not paid in full by 3:30 p.m. on the 20th of the month in which the bill is rendered, the gross amount shall become due. Service will be disconnected if the account is delinquent 30 days after the date of the bill. b) Whenever a member purchases generation and transmission service from a supplier other than the Cooperative, that portion of the member’s bill for generation and transmission service shall not be subject to the late payment charge of paragraph a), but shall be subject to the late payment terms of the member’s supplier. GENERATION AND TRANSMISSION PRICE ADJUSTMENT The charge in Part III of the Monthly Rate, Generation and Transmission Charge, shall be increased or decreased in accordance with the Cooperative’s Generation and Transmission Price Adjustment Clause, Schedule “PA”. CONSTRUCTION Any extension requiring in excess of 500 feet of line will require special analysis and agreement. EFFECTIVE DATE May 2008 Billing. AVAILABILITY Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative. APPLICABILITY Applicable to non-residential and commercial consumers using more than 4,000 kWh in any month or with a monthly demand greater than 20 kW. DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND The billing demand shall be the highest demand established by the consumer in any 15-minute interval during the month for which the bill is rendered as indicated or recorded by a demand meter. The minimum may be increased under the Line Extension Policy and as agreed to by contract with the member. MOTOR LOADS Members may use integral motors in excess of seven (7) horsepower, only after referring such motor loads to the Cooperative, in order to insure that there is adequate capacity in the Cooperative’s system to carry such a load and to insure that the operation of such motor does not interfere with service to other members. MINIMUM DISTRIBUTION DELIVERY CHARGE The minimum monthly distribution delivery charge shall be the facilities charge. ON-PEAK, SHOULDER PEAK, AND OFF-PEAK ENERGY The On-Peak Period shall be those weekday hours from June 1 through September 30 beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m., excluding Independence Day and Labor Day. For the usage months of October through May, the Shoulder Peak Period shall be those weekday hours from 7:00 a.m. and to 12:00 noon and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., excluding Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Memorial Day. All other hours shall be considered the Off-Peak Period. The On-Peak Energy shall be the kilowatt hours recorded during the On-Peak Period. The Off-Peak Energy shall be the kilowatt hours recorded during the Off-Peak Period. TERMS OF PAYMENT a) The above rates are net, the gross being five percent (5%) higher. In the event the
monthly energy consumption should exceed 100 kilowatt
hours, the account shall be billed for that particular month according
to the Cooperative's SMALL GENERAL SERVICE (RATE 3). AVAILABILITY

ANNUAL
ELECTRIC SERVICE - RATE 10 AVAILABILITY
Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative. APPLICABILITY Applicable to consumers of the Cooperative for (1) all non-residential users and (2) residential and commercial consumers with a normal monthly demand less than 20 kW who desire to be billed on an annual basis and who use less than 5,000 kWh per year. *All charges are based on kWh consumed for prior twelve months except Facilities Base charge which is billed for the upcoming twelve months. The annual billing year begins on May 1 of each year and continues through April 30 of the following year. An account which comes on this rate between May 1 and October 1 shall pay the full Base charge. An account which comes on this rate between October 1 and May 1 shall pay one-half the Base charge. prices reflected in each of the
Cooperative’s rate schedules are based upon the Cooperative’s estimated
cost of purchasing power from Allegheny Electric Cooperative for resale
to each consumer
class. Should the Cooperative determine at any time that its
average
cost for Generation and Transmission service is or will become more or
less than estimated for any rate class, the Cooperative may apply a
price
adjustment to any Generation and Transmission rate to compensate for
the
