Automatic Bill Payment (Auto Pay)
Writing a check may be inconvenient for you. You may be away from home frequently making regular bill payments difficult. If this is the case, you may want to consider our Auto Pay program. This program pays your electric bill automatically each month by deducting your payment from your checking or savings account.
A bill will still be generated around the 5th of the month. You can access this bill via the Payment and Meter Read Reporting Service on our website or have the bill mailed to you in order to know the amount deducted. Payment is deducted on the 20th of each month or the Monday following the 20th if the 20th falls on a Saturday or Sunday. You still need to read your meter. You have the flexibility of choosing from a wide variety of ways to send in your meter reading. You can return it with your bill stub, enter you meter reading using the Payment and Meter Read Reporting Service on our website, call the office with the reading, or use the Auto Read program.
Via Bank Account:
You may pay your bill on-line by using the Payment and Meter Read Reporting Service by clicking on the "Manage Account" button on our home page.
Pay your bill on-line at your convenience using your bank account, checking or savings account.
Via Credit Card
You may also pay your bill automatically by using your Visa, Master Card or Discover credit card. Use the Payment and Meter Read Reporting Service on our website to set up credit card payments. A bill is still generated around the 5th of each month so you will know what amount will be charged to your card.
You still need to read your meter and send it in on your bill stub, submit on-line, or call the office with the reading unless you have an Automatic Reading Meter (AMR). There are no charges for Auto Pay services.
