Budget Billing is offered to all residential members who have been online for more than one year and have electric heat or other periodic high usage equipment. Note that the budget billing amount varies slightly each month. This program adjusts the amount each month to avoid a large catch-up or credit month.
The member must continue to submit payments by the 20th of each month to avoid penalty charges.
Failure to meet these and other requirements will result in a return to regular monthly billing.
