Sullivan County REC is diligently looking into investing in a fiber network to enhance our electric distribution system for the purposes of improved reliability, reducing outage restoration times, deploying smart grid technologies, real time electric usage data for members, etc. If Sullivan County REC were to enter into an exclusive lease agreement with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide high speed internet service to all our members starting at under $60.00 per month (100 MBps upload and download), how likely would you be to sign up on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being not interested and 5 being very interested?
